How business inquiries are collected and handled.
Information collected through the inquiry form
When you submit an inquiry, the site collects the business contact and project information you enter: name, email, company, country or region, optional phone details, product interest, quantity, project stage and message. The submission is stored on the website server and an email notification is sent to the Hytanbio-Tech inquiry team. The form also uses a temporary session cookie for security and a hashed network identifier to limit abusive submissions. Please do not submit patient records, payment information or other sensitive personal data. Information is used to respond to your request and manage the related business discussion. This form does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list. The website does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics in its current implementation. External email and WhatsApp services apply their own terms when you use them.
Retention and contact requests
The website inquiry database is configured to remove submissions after 180 days. Email copies and subsequent business correspondence are handled separately by the inquiry team and are not removed by that database cleanup. The form session cookie lasts up to one hour; hosting security infrastructure may also set an anti-abuse cookie lasting up to ten days. Request logs support operational troubleshooting. You can ask about access, correction or deletion of your inquiry by contacting info@hytanbio.com and providing enough information to locate it. The team may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. The site uses hosting and email services to process inquiries, so information may be handled outside your country. WhatsApp opens only when you choose its link. If you prefer not to use the form, contact the team directly by email. This notice describes the site’s current implementation and will be revised when its data handling changes.
